Alenda Durr
Alenda Durr is a key developer of The Workplace RISE UP Challenge anti-bullying and well-being training program and most recently served as Director of Inclusion & Connection Strategies at UScellular. With over 29 years of HR leadership experience across workplace inclusion strategy, compliance, and talent development, she has led transformative initiatives at organizations including CW Services/Cushman and Wakefield and Nalco/Ecolab. Alenda is widely recognized for her ability to drive inclusive culture change and organizational impact. She holds an M.S. in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago and a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
