Mianna Ada serves as a Program Consultant for the RISE UP Workplace Bullying and Well-Being Training Program. She is an emerging professional with a Master’s degree in Applied Industrial and Organizational Psychology, bringing creativity, precision, and empathy to every aspect of the initiative. Mianna is grateful for the opportunity to apply her I-O psychology background to enhance knowledge retention, support the transfer of training into practice, and advance Cause-Based Consulting’s mission.
